Are your products made from pure gold and diamonds?Yes, every piece is hallmarked and certified. We use only pure 14kt gold in all our pieces and only work with natural diamonds of IJ-S1 quality, ensuring the highest level of authenticity and craftsmanship.

Can I customize my jewelry?Absolutely! We offer full customization for all products, including stone type, color, and gold purity. Share your design or vision on our Customize Page, and we’ll bring it to life.

Do you work with lab-grown diamonds?Yes, we do. For lab grown diamonds, please contact us directly or through the customization page if you already have a design in mind.

Why don’t you offer refunds?We do not offer refunds, as each piece is customized regarding gold color and size. Additionally, we have found that some customers may wear the jewelry and then attempt to return it, which poses challenges for resale.

How long does it take to receive my order?Since all our jewelry is made to order, shipping can take between 1-2 weeks, ensuring every piece is crafted with precision.

Is my shipment insured?Yes, every shipment is fully insured to protect your purchase during transit. In the rare event of damage or loss, rest assured, we will take prompt action.

What should I do if I receive wrong or damaged jewelry?Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Don’t fret—each shipment is fully insured. Reach out immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

What if I change my mind after placing an order?You may request a cancellation, but only if your order has not yet entered production. Once production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the custom nature of our work.
